Bulgaria

- increasing the competence and administrative capacity of central, regional and local authorities / municipalities, including the use of information technology


- developing cadastre through the establishment of a system as a basis for the Spatial Data Infrastructure


- promotion of the social dialogue


Cyprus

- improvement of education, training and lifelong education systems within the public sector and local government


- support social inclusion and dialogue


Czech Republic

- programme of support and development of modernising services of public administration on regional and local levels through the use of IT


- develop and improve provision of social services in regions


- support of non-governmental non-profit organisations


- support to include minority communities into society


- programmes to mainstream gender equality in public services


- modernisation and equipment of crèches, nursery schools, schools, special school – education centres, orphanages


Estonia

- support for consistency and information activities for self-government administration and the non-governmental sector
